The Roswalions are a species of advanced aliens living on a planet in far from earth. But the species have sent a group of roswalions to observe earth so they can get more infomation on the planet and the species living there, particuly humans.

The Rosswalions abduct humans to dissect them and when the abduct a welsh waitress from Cardiff the Doctor saves her, this girl is Kerry Coldeen.
