The Doctor is a timelord from the planet Gallifrey who travels in time and space in a machine called the Tardis. Along his adventures he trys to help people, using his wisdom, immortality (sort of) and intelligence to his advantage. Like all timelords the Doctor can regenerate into different body's when he dies, he changes everything about himself on the outside whether its hair, gender, race etc. On the inside he changes his personality at times for example the 11th Doctor was jolly and mad while the 12th was grumpy and rude.

The Doctor picks up different companions to travel with him, mostly humans. They are all very different whether there a Pansexual Time Agent or a Blonde shop assistant from an estate. At the moment The Doctor has met a new companion named Kerry Coldeen, a girl from cardiff who can't get her life together after a tramatic experence when she was 8 and is taking drugs, drinking etc. Hopefully The Doctor can bring colour back into her life as she sees the universe-but mabye the Doctor is doing the opposite. He also travels with a CIA agent, named Laura Collins, who was on a mission to find out why there was water on the moon, after she helped him save Kerrys life he offered her a chance to travel with him. She quickly accepted after being fed up of the CIA rules with there time travel that they used.

Now traveling through time and space the Doctor has noticed something dogey, a name that keeps popping up ever since he was a child listening to gallifreyan stories. A person named the Mystery, nobody knows who she is but the stories suggest she looks over time and can mess with it, but not just over time, over every universe that ever was and will be, over what is outside of time and our universe. The Doctor knows she is calling him...but why, what does the Mystery want?
